摘　　要：目的总结褚玉霞治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致不孕症的临床经验。方法通过跟师学习,整理褚玉霞治疗多囊卵巢综合征的医案,总结褚玉霞治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的经验。结果褚玉霞认为多囊卵巢综合征临床以肾虚证为主,可见本虚标实之脾虚痰湿型,治疗方法主要有中医疗法,中西医结合疗法,调理饮食起居以及减轻体重。结论褚玉霞治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床效果显著。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of Chu Yuxia in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）. Methods By learning with the teacher, and organizing the medical cases and medical theories of Chu Yuxia in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS, her understanding of the pathological mechanisms of the disease and treatment methods were summarized.Results Chu Yuxia regarded that PCOS with kidney deficiency syndrome showing the vacuity of spleen deficiency with phlegm dampness type, treatment methods were mainly therapy of TCM, therapy of integrated medicine, conditioning diet and weight loss. Conclusion The clinical effect of Zhu Yuxia in treating infertility caused by PCOS is remarkable.
