中西医结合治疗小儿泌尿系感染的分析

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合在小儿泌尿系感染中的治疗效果,以此来提升诊断和治疗水平。方法选取2013年2月—2015年2月收治的60例小儿泌尿系感染患者进行研究,随机分成对照组和治疗组,面向对照组采用西医治疗,服用安奇片,对于治疗组则依托西医治疗,辅以中药石苇散。以1周为1个疗程,并针对本实验中的60例患儿实施两疗程治疗,同时随机追踪访查、观察疗效。结果治疗总有效率达到75.00%,对比分析治疗组和观察组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合在小儿泌尿系感染中治疗效果远远优于西医治疗法,值得进一步推广。Objective To analyze the effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of urinary tract infection in children in order to enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Selecting 60 cases of pediatric patients with urinary tract infection in our hos-pital from February 2013 to February 2015, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and took Anqi tablets. The treatment group was supplemented by Shiwei powder on the basis of the West-ern medicine. A week was a course of treatment, and the treatment continued two courses, at the same time, random following-up was carried out, and curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate reached 75.00%, comparing with the treatment group and observation group, there had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of urinary tract infection in children is much better than Western medicine, and is worthy of further promotion.
