半夏泻心汤加味治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析研究半夏泻心汤加味针对老年功能性消化不良患者的治疗效果。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月收治的90例老年功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组患者给予多潘立酮治疗,10 mg/次,3次/d;观察组患者给予半夏泻心汤加味治疗,1剂/d,早晚分服;两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分变化情况。计量资料组间比较采用t检验,组内比较采用配对t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的57.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后症状积分分别为(0.84±0.19)、(1.97±0.24)分,均低于治疗前的(2.67±0.23)、(2.66±0.22)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。且两组治疗后症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤治疗老年功能性消化不良效果较好,能有效缓解患者临床症状,值得在临床中进一步推广使用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of the elderly patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia from January 2013 to January2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group（ n = 45）. The patients in control group were treated with domperidone,10 mg / time,3 times / d; while the patients in observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction,1 agent / d,2 times / d. Both the two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect and the integral of clinical symptoms changes before and after treatment were recorded and compared. Measurement data between groups were compared using t test,in group were processed by paired t test,count data using chi square test,P〈 0. 05 was considered statistically significant. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%,higher than that of the control group（ 57. 8%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were（ 0. 84 ± 0. 19）,（ 1. 97 ± 0. 24） points,lower than that before treaement[（ 2. 67 ± 0. 23）,（ 2. 66 ± 0. 22） points],the differences were statistically significant（ all P〈 0. 05）. The symptom scores after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Banxia Xiexin Decoction has good effect in the treatment of senile functional dyspepsia; can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients. It is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
