护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究探讨护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响。方法将该院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者134例按照统计学原理分为例数均为67例的对照组和观察组。对照组患者在治疗的过程中采用常规性的护理措施,观察组患者治疗的时候使用护理干预模式,比较两组患者护理措施生活质量的影响。结果护理结果表明,观察组患者在实施护理干预后,生活质量显然高于对照组患者,数据符合差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与此同时,观察组患者空腹血糖与2 h餐后血糖控制效果优于对照组患者,数据符合差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病视网膜病变患者,在其接受基础性治疗的过程中,给予有效的护理干预在提高患者生活质量的同时,还能够改善患者的病情,控制血糖,促进患者视网膜恢复具有显著效果,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective to study the nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods our hospital in March 2014 - March 2015 treated 134 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy in accordance with the principle of statistics is divided into the number of cases were 67 cases of control group and observation group. Used in the process of the control group in the treatment of patients with routine nursing measures, observation group of patients using the nursing intervention mode, compared two groups of patient care measures the influence of the quality of life. Results nursing results show that the observation group of patients after the implementation of nursing intervention, the quality of life is obviously higher than that of control group patients, data accord with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; At the same time, the observation group of patients with fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose control effect is better than the control group patients, data accord with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion for patients with diabetic retinopathy, in the process of its basic treatment and effective nursing intervention in improving patients quality of life at the same time, also can improve the patient＇s condition, control blood sugar, promote patients recover retinal has significant effect, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
