甘舒霖30R和诺和灵30R治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨甘舒霖30R和诺和灵30R治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2015年1月收治的100例初诊2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。采取数字抽签法,将这100例患者分组,分为各有50例患者的甘舒霖组和诺和灵组。给予甘舒霖组患者甘舒霖30R治疗,给予诺和灵组患者诺和灵30R治疗。于治疗前、后,对患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、血清肌酐浓度、肾小球滤过率进行监测,并对低血糖事件发生情况进行观察。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后甘舒霖组和诺和灵组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)均得到有效的改善(P<0.05),血清肌酐浓度和肾小球滤过率均未发生明显的改变(P>0.05);治疗后,甘舒霖组和诺和灵组在血糖、低血糖事件等方面均不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。结论甘舒霖30R、诺和灵30R治疗2型糖尿病的疗效均较为显著,且具有较高的安全性,临床治疗时可交替使用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Gansulin 30R and Novolin 30R in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 cases newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the subjects and divided into the Gansulin group and Novolin group with 50 cases in each in accordance with the digital drawing method. Patients in the Gansulin group were treated by Gansulin 30R, while those in the Novolin group were treated by No-volin 30R. The fasting blood glucose（FBG） level, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose （2hPG） level, serum creatinine concen-tration, and glomerular filtration rate of the two groups were measured before and after treatment. And the incidence of hy-poglycemia was observed in both groups. Results Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the FBG and 2hPG levels improved effectively in both groups （P〈0.05）, but the serum creatinine concentration and glomerular filtration rate did not change significantly （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the difference in the blood glucose levels, and incidence of hypoglycemia be-tween the Gansulin group and Novolin group were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both Gansulin 30R and Novolin 30R have significant effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with high safety, the two may be used interchange-ably in clinical treatment.
