摘　　要：目的对该院糖尿病患者进行用药分析,以提高合理用药的水平。方法统计来该院治疗糖尿病的患者采用的药物类型比例、花费金额差异,比较不同的药物治疗的日平均花费金额,以及各个药物的使用情况,得出最经济实惠的治疗方案。结果应用最广泛的治疗糖尿病的药物是短效人胰岛素和苯乙双胍,二甲双胍的使用率是最小的。速效胰岛素类似物是所有治疗糖尿病的药物中最昂贵,日平均花费金额为374元,格列本脲是所有药物中最经济实惠的,日平均花费金额为55元。结论针对糖尿病患者的用药情况进行调查分析,应用最广泛的药物为苯乙双胍和短效人胰岛素,花费最少最经济的药物的是格列本脲,口服胰岛素剂与新贵药占据较大份额,临床上应给予一定的重视。Objective Diabetic patients in our hospital drug analysis to improve the level of rational use of medicines. Methods The proportion of patients with type drugs to our hospital statistics used to treat diabetes, differences in the amount spent, the average amount spent comparing different medications, as well as the use of various drugs, obtained the most affordable treatment. Results The most widely used diabetes drug is short-acting human insulin and phenformin, met-formin usage is minimal. Fast-acting insulin analogues is that all drugs for treating diabetes is the most expensive, the aver-age amount spent 374 yuan, glyburide all drugs are the most affordable, with an average daily cost of 55 yuan amount. Conclusion Diabetes medications were for investigation and analysis, the most widely used drugs phenformin and short-acting human insulin, least expensive and most economical drugs is glibenclamide, oral insulin drug agent with the upstart occupy a larger share , clinical should be given some attention.
