体检科对2型糖尿病患者健康教育干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的检查体检科对2型糖尿病患者进行相关健康教育干预的最终效果。方法选择在2013年9月—2014年3月来该院体检科确诊的2型糖尿病患者127例,对这些患者采用随访、自由发问、发放健康教育宣传册、对个别患者进行单独健康辅导等方式进行健康教育。对于已出院患者,采用上门调查、回访等方式。然后将护理干预前后患者的特异性生存质量表评分进行对比。结果通过给予患者系统化的健康教育,糖尿病患者对糖尿病的疾病诱发因素、饮食知识、运动知识、用药知识有了进一步的了解,胰岛素注射、心理因素和自我监测、糖尿病发病的危险因素以及糖尿病并发症的危害掌握等方面均有大幅提高;此外,经过医护工作者健康教育干预前后,患者的特异性生存质量量表评分比较干预1年后,2型糖尿病患者的特异性生存质量量表中的满意程度和影响程度分别为(38.23±1.9)、(49.9±5.7)分,明显高于干预前得分,上述指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经过该院体检科对2型糖尿病患者进行系统的不同方面的健康教育干预后,患者对2型糖尿病疾病也有了进一步的了解,对患者的生活质量的提高也有着一定的帮助。Objective To examine the effect of health education intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods In September 2013 - 2014 March to 127 cases of type 2 diabetes patients diagnosed by the medical department in our hospital, the patients follow up, free to ask questions, providing health education brochure, separate health counseling for individual patients etc. health education. For discharged patients, the use of on-site investigation, visit and other ways. Then the specific quality of life scale scores of patients before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results In patients with diabetes mellitus, the disease inducing factors, diet knowledge, exercise knowledge, knowledge of drugs, and the risk factors of diabetes mellitus were improved significantly. In addition, the satisfaction degree and effect degree were significantly higher than those in 1 years after health education intervention, and （38.23±1.9） and （49.9±5.7）, respectively. Conclusion The health education intervention in the different aspects of the system of type 2 diabetic patients after the hospital physical examination, the patients with type 2 diabetes also have a further understanding of the quality of life of patients with a certain help.
