摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病并发周围血管病变患者的流行病学,为以后预防患者并发周围血管病变提供理论依据。方法选取了2014年8月—2015年8月来治疗的120例2型糖尿病患者实施研究,按照周围血管病变诊断标准分为观察组(并发周围血管病变,n=62例)与对照组(无周围血管病变,n=58例)。对患者各临床指标进行观察,分析引发周围血管病变的流行因素。结果两组患者之间的性别、体质量、血糖含量均差异差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有可比性。两组年龄、病程、血压、脂质代谢对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病并发周围血管病变的危险因素与病程、血压、血糖、脂质代谢有密切联系。在临床上积极纠正患者脂质代谢异常现象对预防周围血管病变有重要意义。Objective to study the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral vascular lesions of epidemiology, for later provides the theory basis for prevention of patients complicated with peripheral vascular lesions. Methods from August 2014 to August 2015 to treat 120 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes research, according to the criteria for the diagnosis of peripheral vascular lesions were divided into observation group（62 cases complicated with peripheral vascular lesions, n =） and control group（no peripheral vascular lesions, n = 58）. For patients with various clinical indicators of observation, analysis of causes peripheral vascular pathological changes of epidemic factors. Results two groups of patients between sex, body mass, blood sugar content had no obvious difference（P 〉 0.05）, with comparable, there was no statistically significant difference. Two groups of age, course of significant differences, blood pressure, lipid metabolism,（P 〈0.05） was statistically significant. Conclusion the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral vascular disease and the course of the disease, blood pressure, blood sugar and lipid metabolism is closely related. In the correction of lipid metabolism in patients with clinically anomaly has important significance to preventing peripheral vascular lesions.
