高校图书馆联盟文献信息资源共享策略探析

摘　　要：高校图书馆通过联盟组建形式控制和降低资源建设中对经费、技术和人力资源依赖,节约信息成本,更好地优化和推动系统内各项活动协调发展,提高本地区文献信息资源整体保障能力。对我国各地区高校图书馆联盟进行抽样调查,分析联盟资源建设与共享中存在的缺失与不足,试从经费投入、平台建设、管理机制、人才队伍建设和特色宣传等五方面提出构建区域高校文献信息资源共享策略。The university library through the alliance form can control and reduce the dependence on resources funds,technology and human resources in the construction of resources,and save the cost of information to better optimize and promote balanced development among various activities within a system,and to improve the overall support capability of regional literature information resources. This paper gives sampling investigation to the university library alliance in regions of our country,analyses the lack and deficiency in the resources construction and sharing,tries to construct regional literature information resource sharing strategies from such five aspects as the fund investment,platform construction,the management mechanism,the talent team construction and typical propaganda,etc.
