Treatment of 30 patients with intractable facial paralysis by warming-needle moxibustion at B?ihuì(百会 GV 20)combined with penetration needling

摘　　要：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion at B ihuì（百会 GV 20） combined with penetration needling in treatment of intractable facial paralysis. Methods Sixty patients with intractable facial paralysis included in the study were divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 30 patients in observation group（group A）, and 30 patients in control group（group B）. Moxibustion at GV 20 combined with penetration needling were adopted in group A, and simple penetration needling was applied in group B. Once daily, thirty days of treatment were required. The House Brackmann（H-B） facial nerve function grading and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed. Results The H-B function grading and improvement of clinical symptoms in group A were superior to group B, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of moxibustion at GV 20 combined with penetration needling in treatment of intractable facial paralysis is definite, and the treatment method is deserving of clinical promotion.目的:观察百会温灸结合透穴针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将60例入选患者按随机数字表随机分为观察组(30例)、对照组(30例)。观察组(A组)采用百会温灸结合透穴针刺;对照组(B组)仅采用透穴针刺而不用百会温灸盒灸,疗程均为30天,观察House Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级和临床症状改善情况。结果:观察组(A组)在H-B功能分级变化、临床症状改善上均优于对照组(B组),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百会温灸结合透穴针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。
