通络驻景丸治疗糖尿病血管病变理论发微

摘　　要：通络驻景丸以古方驻景丸为基础,加用行气活血,化瘀通络之品化裁而成,功能补肾益精,化瘀通络。阴虚血瘀为糖尿病血管病变的主要病机,与通络驻景丸方证对应,本文旨在探讨通络驻景丸治疗糖尿病血管病变的方证对应机理。Tongluo Zhujing Pill was formulated by the materia medica that have the function of moving qi and activating blood as well as resolving stasis and dredging collaterals based on the formula of Zhujing Pill. Therefore,it has the function of tonifying kidney and essence,resolving stasis and dredging collaterals. Yin deficiency and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of diabetic vascular diseases,and the syndromes correspond to Tongluo zhujing Pill＇s indications. This paper mainly probes into the corresponding mechanism of Tongluo zhujing Pill in treating diabetic vascular diseases.
