摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件,分析名老中医侯玉芬教授治疗闭塞性动脉硬化症的用药经验。方法:收集侯玉芬治疗闭塞性动脉硬化症的病案,录入"中医传承辅助平台",采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析侯玉芬治疗闭塞性动脉硬化症的用药经验。结果:对筛选出的284个处方进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则。结论:侯玉芬治疗闭塞性动脉硬化症,强调从"脾"论治,治宜益气活血,化瘀通络。中医传承辅助系统可用于名老中医临床经验分析与总结,具有重要的实用价值。Objective： To analyze the medication experience of distinguished veteran Hou Yufen on treating arteriosclerosis obliterans based on data mining. Methods： To collect the medical records of cases with arteriosclerosis obliterans which were treated by Hou Yufen,and then enter them into TCM inheritance assist platform（ V2. 0）. Using data extraction to summarize the medication experience of arteriosclerosis obliterans. Results： A total of 284 prescriptions were filtered and analyzed for define the frequency of use of various herbs and the association rules between them. Conclusion： The treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans from professor Hou Yufen emphasizes on treating spleen. Generally,methods of supplementing qi and activating blood,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals are mostly used. Besides,TCM inheritance assist system can be used to analyze and summarize clinical experience of distinguished veteran Chinese medicine doctor,and it is useful for clinic reference.
