摘　　要：目的：对Ilizarov技术在创伤性下肢畸形矫正中的应用价值予以探讨。方法：随柳选取我院2010年1月-2013年12月间收治的创伤性下肢畸形患者30例，所有患者前幢用Ilizarov技术开展治疗，对患者的，J告床资料予以回顾分析。结果：为患者开展治疗后，对患者开展为期一年的随访，所选30例患者带外固定架的时间都为23周，通过为患者应用11izarov技术矫正治疗后，膝关节畸形患者的治疗优良率达到81．8％，踝关节畸形患者的优良率达到83．396。结论将Ilizarov技术应用于创伤性下肢畸形患者矫正治疗中，能够取得良好的应用效果，值得在临床应用中推广。Objective The llizarov technique in the application of traumatic lower limb deformity correction value shall be discussed in this paper. Methods Rdndomly selected from our hospital between January 2010 and December 2013, 30 patients with traumatic lower limb deformities, all patients with Ilizarov technique to carry out treatment, retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients. Results For patients after treatment, the patients in the period of one year of follow-up, the selected 30 patients with external fixator for 23 weeks of time, through with llizarov technique for patients after orthodontic treatment, the knee joint malformation patients was 81.8%, the ankle malformation patients was 83.3%. Conclusion The Ilizarov technique was applied to traumatic patients with lower limb deformity correction work, can obtain good application effect, is worth popularizing in clinical applications.
