摘  要:目的比较安氏二类错颌畸形的氟斑牙患者在拔牙1周及8周后远移尖牙的速度和牙槽骨吸收面积比值,评价氟斑牙尖牙远移时机对二者的影响。方法选取30例安氏二类错颌畸形的氟斑牙患者的双侧上颌60颗尖牙作为研究对象,在拔除上颌第一前磨牙后1周和8周后开始牵引上颌不同侧尖牙向远中移动,直至与上颌第二前磨牙接触,实验开始前及结束后制取石膏模型及拍摄口腔全景片,测量尖牙远移速度,应用Auto CAD软件测量尖牙牙槽骨吸收面积比值。结果拔牙1周及8周后移动尖牙,氟斑牙组的尖牙远移速度及牙槽骨吸收面积比值均存在差异(P<0.01),且牙槽骨吸收面积比值大于同期对照组(P<0.01);氟斑牙与尖牙远移速度及牙槽骨吸收面积比值存在相关(P<0.05),尖牙远移时机与尖牙移动速度存在相关(P<0.01)。结论与无氟斑牙患儿相比,安氏二类错颌畸形的氟斑牙患者在矫治中更易出现牙槽骨吸收,故不宜于拔牙后早期开始远移尖牙。Objective To compare the canine distalization and alveolar bone resorption area ratio after 1 week and 8 weeks of extraction in adolescent dental flurosis cases with class II malocclusion and to evaluate the influential effect of canine distalization time on them. Methods Sixty canine teeth in Bilateral maxillary from adolescent dental flurosis cases with class II malocclusion were selected as object of the study. Different lateral canine teeth were protracted and drifted to the distal after extracting the first premolars for 1 week and 8 weeks,distalization of different lateral upper canines started after 1 week and 8 weeks until bilateral canine had contacted with the second maxillary bicuspids completely. Tooth moving speed and alveolar bone resorption area ratio were measured before and after the experiment. Bone resorption area ratio was measured by Auto CAD. Results Significant differences were found in tooth moving speed and alveolar bone resorption ratio after 1 week and 8 weeks in adolescents dental flurosis( P〈 0. 01). Alveolar bone resorption ratio was higher than that of the control( P〈 0. 01). Dental Fluorosis was related to tooth moving speed and alveolar bone resorption ratio( P〈 0. 05). Canine distalization time had a great relationship with tooth moving speed( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Alveolar bone resorption easily appears in dental fluorosis with class II malocclusion compare with non- dental fluorosis cases. It is advised that canine teeth should not be moved in the early stage of extraction.
