摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定感冒热毒清合剂中绿原酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK MG-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(V∶V=88∶12),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温40℃,检测波长327 nm。结果:绿原酸在5.02~100.4μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5)。绿原酸的平均回收率为100.37%、103.46%、101.20%。结论:本研究首次建立了感冒热毒清合剂中绿原酸的高效液相色谱法的含量测定方法,结果准确,重复性好,可作为感冒热毒清合剂的质量评价方法。OBJECTIVE:To establish a method of HPLC to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Ganmaoreduqing ( GMRDQ) mistura. METHODS:The content of chlorogenic acid in mistura was determined by HPLC with a SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK MG-C18 column(4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid ( V:V=88:12) was used as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. The column temperature was 40℃ and the wavelength of the detector was set at 327 nm. RESULTS:The linear range for chlorogenic acid was 5. 02μg/ml^100. 4μg/ml ( r =0. 999 5 ) . The average recovery for chlorogenic acid were 100. 37%, 103. 46%, 101. 20%. CONCLUSIONS:This thesis tries to establish a method of HPLC for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in GMRDQ mistura for the first time, and the results are accurate with good repeatability,and the method can be used for quality assessment of GMRDQ mistura.
