摘　　要：目的:调查民航总医院(以下简称"我院")就诊患者中成药应用现状,为进一步开展中成药合理应用的健康宣教提供参考。方法:于2013年4—5月随机选取我院门诊患者和住院患者共500名作为调查对象,采用自行编制的中成药合理应用现状调查问卷进行调查,对患者的基本情况、用药习惯、合理用药知识等数据进行统计分析。结果:发放调查问卷500份,回收有效问卷453份,其中91.17%的患者使用过中成药,但55.19%的患者对中成药的概念是混淆的,只有54.08%的患者选择中医处方中成药,大多数患者在中成药的应用中尚存在问题。结论:我院中成药的合理应用现状有待进一步改善,应加强西医对中医理论知识的学习,同时通过患者教育纠正患者对中成药的认识误区,促进中成药合理应用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate current status of application of Chinese patent medicine for patients in our hospital,and to provide reference for the further development of health education with rational application of Chinese patent medicine. METHODS： 500 cases from outpatient and inpatient department in our hospital from Apr. to May2013 were randomly selected,the self-designed questionnaire about rational application of Chinese patent medicine were adopted to collect the data,and the statistical analysis was conducted on the data of patients＇ general information,habits of drug use,knowledge of rational drug use,etc. RESULTS： 500 questionnaires were released and 453 qualified questionnaires were recovered, among which,91. 17% of the patients had ever used Chinese patent medicine,but 55. 19% were not sure about the definition of Chinese patent medicine; there were only 54. 08% chose to get Chinese patent medicine from prescriptions of Chinese medicine. Most interviewees still had problems in rational application of Chinese patent medicine. CONCLUSIONS： The current status of rational application of Chinese patent medicine in our hospital still need to be improved. It is necessary to strengthen theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine among the western medicine and correct the misunderstanding of Chinese patent medicine by patients＇ education,so as to promote the rational application of Chinese patent medicine.
