儿科门诊喜炎平注射液应用合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解天津市红桥医院(以下简称"我院")儿科门诊使用喜炎平注射液的合理性。方法:随机抽取我院2014年9月、10月、11月各1 d儿科门诊使用喜炎平注射液的处方共521张,对处方中喜炎平注射液的使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:521张处方主要用于呼吸道疾病(493张,占94.63%),其次为胃肠道疾病(23张,占4.41%),少量处方存在超适应证用药;喜炎平注射液的儿科处方用量低于其平均剂量;临床注重中药注射剂与其他药物之间的配伍禁忌,均使用了冲管液;联合用药等方面存在不合理情况。结论:我院儿科门诊喜炎平注射液的使用总体较为合理,但存在部分不合理用药情况,应制订干预措施,规范喜炎平注射液的使用,同时完善药品说明书。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application rationality of xiyanping injections in pediatric outpatients of Tianjin Hongqiao Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）. METHODS： 521 outpatient prescriptions with xiyanping injections from 1d of Sept.,Oct. and Nov. 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected,and retrospective analysis was conducted on the application situation of xiyanping injections. RESULTS： The 521 prescriptions mainly dealt with respiratory disease（ 493 prescriptions,94. 63%）,followed by gastrointestinal disease（ 23 prescriptions,4. 41%）,and few prescriptions had the problems of over indications drug use. The dosage of xiyanping injections in pediatric prescriptions was lower than the average dosage. The clinic attached importance to the incompatibility between traditional Chinese medicine injections and other drugs,and flushing fluid was used. Also,some irrational phenomenon were appeared in the drug combination and some other aspects. CONCLUSIONS： The application of xiyanping injections in pediatric outpatients of our hospital was rational on the whole,but there are still some irrational drug use problems. It is necessary to formulate intervening measures,regulate the application of xiyanping injections,and improve the drug instructions.
