摘  要:目的:探讨药物咨询服务工作的开展情况,为完善药学咨询服务提供参考。方法:收集2013年1月—2014年12月四川省双流县第一人民医院药物咨询记录4 459条,对咨询内容进行统计分析。结果:患者咨询的问题中,涉及给药方式、用量的问题最多(2 650条,占59.43%),其次分别为服药时间(703条,占15.77%)、药理作用(306条,6.86%)、药物相互作用(264条,5.92%)等;涉及消化系统用药的问题最多,其次为抗微生物药、心血管系统用药。结论:药物咨询已成为药学服务的重要组成部分,药师需不断加强专业知识的学习,不断完善药学服务模式,促进合理用药。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the development of pharmaceutical counseling service,and to provide reference for the improvement of pharmaceutical counseling service. METHODS: 4 459 cases of drug counseling datain the First People's Hospital of Sichuan Shuangliu County from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were collected,and the counseling contents were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: Of the problems that consulted by patients,the contents for route of administration and dosage took the lead( 2 650 cases,59. 43%),followed by medication time( 703 cases,15. 77%),pharmacology( 306 cases,6. 86%) and interactions of drugs( 264 cases,5. 92%) etc. Digestive system drugs were the major drugs for counseling( 40. 33%),followed by anti-infection drugs and cardiovascular drugs.CONCLUSIONS: Pharmaceutical counseling has becoming an important part of pharmaceutical care. Pharmacists should continually enhance the professional knowledge,and constantly improve pharmacy service in order to promote rational drug use.
