惠州市中医医院专项整治后Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价惠州市中医医院(以下简称"我院")抗菌药物专项整治后Ⅰ类切口手术预防性抗菌药物应用情况,观察整治成效。方法:随机抽查出我院2012—2014年连续3年Ⅰ类切口手术病历共582份,对其预防性抗菌药物的应用情况进行比较分析。结果:Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率显著下降,药物选择、联合用药、给药时机及药物使用疗程等情况出现好转趋势,药物利用指数和抗菌药物使用强度趋于合理,限定日费用逐渐下降。结论:对该院抗菌药物专项整治后Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药应用情况取得了较为显著效果,整体用药合理性提升,医疗费用降低,但仍需进一步加大用药的监管力度,促进规范用药。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the prophylactic application of antibiotics for patients with type I incision operation during perioperation after special rectification in Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,and to inspect the achievements of the special rectification.METHODS：582 medical records with type I incision operation from 2011 to 2014 were selected randomly from our hospital,the prophylactic application of antibiotics were compared and analyzed.RESULTS：The application rate of antibiotics intype I incision operation decreased significantly;the selection of drugs,drug combination,administration occasion and course of drug use all showed the improving trend.The application density of antibiotics and application index of drugs were becoming more and more rational,defined daily cost decreased by degrees.CONCLUSIONS：After the special rectification,the application of antibiotics in type I incision operation have achieved a significant result,the rationality of overall administration has been improved and the medical costs has been decreased,but it is still necessary to further strengthen the supervision of administration so as to promote the standard administration.
