摘 要:目的:分析福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院(以下简称"我院")门诊抗菌药物处方质量,了解用药情况,及时发现问题并实施干预,提高抗菌药物合理用药水平。方法:抽查2014年18个临床科室100位临床医师门诊抗菌药物处方共计46 546张,由处方点评小组对抽取的抗菌药物处方进行点评,并对不合理的情况进行统计分析。结果:我院门诊抗菌药物处方合格率为98.77%,超常处方93张,主要为无适应证用药,用药不适宜处方479张。我院门诊处方抗菌药物的应用率为20.40%,注射剂应用率为11.40%。结论:我院门诊抗菌药物存在不合理应用情况,需加强干预和科学管理,不断改进。OBJECTIVE:To analyze the quality of outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in Longyan( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital "),to investigate the medication situation so as to find problems timely and to intervene effectively,by which the level of rational application of antibiotics would be increased.METHODS:A selective examination was conducted among 18 clinical departments with 100 clinicians in 2014,including 46 546 outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics.Then these prescriptions were reviewed and the unreasonable cases would be statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics were 98.77%,with 93 inappropriate prescriptions,which were mainly focus on non indication drugs,and 479 prescriptions were unreasonable.Rate of application of antibiotics in outpatient prescriptions in our hospital was 20.40%,and application of injections was 11.40%.CONCLUSIONS:There are some inappropriate cases in the outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics in our hospital,thus the intervention and scientific management should be strengthened and improved.
