摘　　要：本文介绍了三井的一款低密度线性聚乙烯（L—LDPE）热封薄膜新产品——“T．U．X”。T．U．X使用100％茂金属聚乙烯，具有热封强度高、抗冲击强度高、抗弯折强度、热粘强度高等特点。采用流延法生产，具有厚膜均一度好，透明度高，低异味与低晶点、低鱼眼等优势。T．U．X应用在复合软包装时，能改善产品品质，提高生产效率，降低生产与运输损耗。This article mainly introduces a new product -＂TUX＂ of linear low density polyethylene （L-LDPE） heat sealing film. T.U.X contains 100% metallocene polyethylene, which shown the characteristics as follows： high strength in heat sealing, high strength in resisting assault, high flexural strength, as well high strength in hot tack etc. With the casting method of production, it takes the advantages as uniformity in the thick film, high transparency, low odor, low gel, and low fisheye. In the application of T.U.X in compound flexible packaging, it can improve product quality, increase productivity, and reduce production and transportation losses.
