摘  要:目的探讨丹参多酚对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微血管通透性的影响。方法重症急性胰腺炎大鼠预防性尾静脉给予丹参多酚,通过伊文氏兰法检测大鼠胰腺微循环通透性改变。结果与空白对照组比较,SAP模型组造模6 h后,胰腺微血管通透性明显增强;与SAP模型组比较,丹参多酚组胰腺微血管通透性明显降低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚是改善重症急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微血管通透性的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols on the microvascular permeability of pancreas in rats with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods The rats with severe acute pancreatitis were given Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols through caudal vein, the pancreatic microvascular permeability was detected by using the Evans blue method. Results Compared with the control group, the pancreatic microvascular permeability was significantly enhanced in SAP model group; compared with the SAP model group, the pancreatic microvascular permeability was decreased significantly in Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols group, the differences between the two groups were significant. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols is an effective method to improve the microvascular permeability of the rats with severe acute pancreatitis.
