大蒜、芒硝外敷治疗早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎

摘　　要：目的观察大蒜、芒硝外敷并定时排空乳汁治疗早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法将328例早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组228例采用大蒜、芒硝外敷并定时排空乳汁治疗,对照组100例采用硫酸镁湿热敷并定时排空乳汁治疗,3 d为1个疗程,治疗1~2个疗程,观察并比较2组肿块明显变小时间、疼痛明显减轻时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组肿块明显变小时间、疼痛明显减轻时间少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组治愈率和有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论大蒜、芒硝外敷配合定时排空乳汁可有效治疗急性乳腺炎,且不需停止哺乳,痛苦小、费用低。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of joint treatment for acute mammitis in early lactation with garlic, mirabilite and regular milk emptying. Methods 328 cases with early lactation acute mammitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 228 patients of treatment group were treated with this therapy, magnesium sulfate hot compression and regular milk emptying were applied in 100 patients in control group. Both groups were treated for three days, lasted for 1 to 2 courses of, then the time of lump decreasing in size, the time of lessen pain and curative effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results The time of lump decreasing in size and the time of lessen pain of the treatment group, were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically different（P〈0.05）. The curative rate and effective rate had statistically difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results indicate that such therapy show significant promising effects. There is no need for suspending suckling, it is without any side effects, with low cost, little pain, which is recommended to apply in clinical practices.
