23例内镜引导下尿道会师术治疗尿道骑跨伤的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜引导下尿道会师术治疗尿道骑跨伤导致不完全尿道断裂的护理方法。方法通过总结和分析23例尿道骑跨伤行内镜引导下尿道会师术患者心理护理、基础护理及专科护理经验。结果 23例患者均手术一次成功,治愈出院。无护理并发症发生。术后随访1~12个月其中21例拔除尿管后排尿通畅,2例拔除尿管后排尿困难,经尿道扩张后治愈。结论充分有效的护理措施对减少患者痛苦,预防并发症,提高治愈率有重要意义。Objective To discuss the medical nursing of the patients with urethral straddle injury conducted urethral realignment treatmentunder endoscopic. Methods The experience in treating 23 cases with urethral injury straddle performed urethral realignment and their psychological care, primary care and specialist nursing were summarized and analyzed. Results The results indicated that 23 patients had success surgery treatment without nursing complications. The patients were followed up for 1-12 months, of which 21 cases of voiding after catheter removal, 2 cases of dysuria after catheter removal, recovery soon after urethral dilatation. Conclusion Effective nursing measures are important. This can reduce the suffering of patients, prevent complications, and improve the cure rate
