摘　　要：乙型肝炎相关肝衰竭患者肝功能损伤进展较快,可伴有多器官衰竭,病死率较高。由于其病因复杂,临床上缺乏有效的治疗手段。中医药对乙型肝炎相关肝功能衰竭的治疗优势明显。本文就目前乙型肝炎相关肝功能衰竭的中医研究现状予以综述。Hepatitis B related liver failure is a devastating clinical syndrome characterized which is by rapid impairment of liver functions and development of multiple organ failure. Liver failure has a high mortality. There is still a lack of effective treatment for it because of its complicated pathogenesis. Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） has brought great benefit to hepatitis B related liver failure. Here we make a review of the current TCM in treatment of hepatitis B related liver failure.
