摘 要:目的探讨签订临床学习合同对临床护理教学质量的影响。方法选取来我院实习的2011~2013级的130名护生作为研究对象,按照自愿原则分为对照组和研究组,各65名,两组均由临床护理专业带教老师负责带教,对照组未签订临床学习合同,研究组签订临床学习合同,实习期结束后,由带教老师负责对护生进行考核,对比两组护生在带教老师干预前后技能考核、理论考试、护理工作质量情况。结果带教老师干预前,两组技能考核、理论考试、工作质量等方面进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);带教老师干预后,两组技能考核、理论考试、工作质量等方面差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论签订临床学习合同可提高临床护理教学质量。Objective To explore the effect of clinical learning contract on the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods 130 nursing students from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, divided into control group and research group according to the principle of voluntary, each group of 65 cases, two groups were taught by the clinical nursing professional with a teacher, the control group did not sign the clinical study contract, the research group signed the clinical study contract, after the end of the internship, by the teacher is responsible for assessment of nursing students, compared two groups of nursing students with teaching teachers before and after the intervention skills assessment, theory test, the quality of nursing work situation. Results Teach the teacher before the intervention, compared the two groups of skills assessment, theory test and the work quality, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05), teachers after the intervention, the differences between two groups of skills assessment, theory test and the work quality with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Signing the contract of clinical study can improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
