评价核医学与超声检查对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究超声、核医学诊断SAT的价值。方法将50例SAT患者作为分析组,用超声联合核医学检查,另选健康体检者50例为对比组,用超声检查,分析两组诊断结果。结果 ESR、RAIU/6 h、TH、核素扫描的阳性率为100%、92.00%、94.00%、88.00%,核医学诊断的阳性率为98.00%,超声为84.00%,两者联合为100%,分析组优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论用超声联合核医学诊断SAT可有效提升诊断率。Objective To study the value of ultrasound, nuclear medicine diagnosis SAT. Methods 50 patients SAT were chosen as analysis group, with a combined ultrasonic nuclear medical examination, choose healthy check-up of 50 cases as control group, with ultrasonic inspection, the diagnosis analysis of two groups. Results ESR, RAIU/6 h, TH and nuclide scan of positive rate was 100%, 92.00%, 94.00%, 88.00%, nuclear medicine diagnosis positive rate of 98.00%, ultrasound was 84.00%, the two joint was 100%, the analysis group was better than control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Using ultrasonic joint nuclear medicine diagnosis SAT can effectively improve diagnostic rate.
