胸椎旁神经阻滞+臂丛神经阻滞应用于肩胛骨骨折+多发肋骨骨折伴肺不张麻醉1例

摘　　要：患者因左胸多发肋骨骨折、左锁骨骨折、左肩胛骨骨折、左肺不张,在胸椎旁神经阻滞复合臂丛神经阻滞下顺利完成骨折内固定术,术中及术后患者大量排痰,左肺迅速复张。现报道如下。A patient with multiple left rib fractures, left shoulder blade fracture and left clavicle fracture, completed internal fixation for fractures with the thoracic paravertebral nerve block combined brachial plexus block. During intraoperative and postoperative periods, the patient had a large number of phlegm and recovered quickly of left lung. Now the report is as followed.
