浅析品管圈对胃肠减压患者鼻胃管脱管率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究开展QCC(品管圈)活动对避免胃肠减压患者鼻胃管产生脱管问题的影响。方法选取我科开展QCC前后的500例胃肠减压患者为本次研究的对象,开展活动前后各选择250例研究对象,研究QCC对避免胃肠减压患者鼻胃管发生脱管情况产生的影响性。结果在开展QCC前,胃肠减压患者鼻胃管发生脱管率为2.40%;开展QCC后,胃肠减压患者鼻胃管发生脱管率为0.40%(P<0.05)。结论开展QCC活动,可有效降低胃肠减压患者胃管的滑脱率。Objective To study the to carry out the QCC circle（qc） activities to avoid gastrointestinal decompression pipe problem impact on patient nasogastric tube. Methods To carry out the QCC before and after the 500 cases of patients with gastrointestinal decompression for the object of the present study activities before and after each choose 250 cases of the research object in our department, research QCC nasogastric tube for avoid gastrointestinal decompression patients to take off the tube happens to the impact of sex. Results Before to carry out the QCC, the patients with gastrointestinal decompression nasogastric tube happens to take off the tube at a rate of 2.40%. To carry out the QCC, gastrointestinal decompression pipe occurred nasogastric tube at a rate of 0.40%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out the QCC activity, which can effectively reduce the slip rate of gastric tube for gastrointestinal decompression.
