预防脑卒中患者并发坠积性肺炎的观察和护理体会

摘　　要：目的探析预防脑卒中患者并发坠积性肺炎的观察和护理效果。方法选取152例脑卒中患者,按入院时间将其分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组的坠积性肺炎发生率、住院时间及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施口腔、饮食等针对性的护理可降低并发坠积性肺炎的发病率,缩短患者的住院时间,减轻患者及患者家属的经济压力。Objective Prevention of stroke in patients with pneumonia product falling observe and care effect. Methods 152 cases of stroke patients, according to admission time will be divided into two groups, the control group received usual care, observation group targeted care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results Hypostatic pneumonia incidence observation group, hospitalization and nursing satisfaction than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the stroke patients targeted oral care, diet can reduce concurrency hypostatic pneumonia morbidity, shorter hospital stays of patients, to reduce the financial pressure on patients and patient families.
