摘　　要：磨床作为磨辊间的主体设备，主要用于板带生产线下机轧辊的离线修磨，为酸连轧生产线和森吉米尔轧机生产线提供合格的轧辊。为了满足生产线对轧辊的技术要求，磨床配备了相应的测量系统，分别是用于测量磨床斜率、轧辊直径、辊形和圆度的两点式测量臂，测量轧辊表面裂纹的涡流探伤系统和测量轧辊磨削夹紧力的尾架顶尖压力检测系统。主要介绍上述磨床测量系统的工作原理和日常维护中常见故障及解决方法。Rollgrinder, whichismain equipment in the roll shop, ismainly usedfor off-lineregrinding the work rollsin the strip mill lines, and can provide the qualified rolls for thepickling andcold-rolled production line and sendzimir mill line.To satisfy the technique requests of the mill line, the roll grinding machine isequipped with thecorrespondingmeasuring systems, including the two-point measuring arm used for measuring grinding machineslope, roll diameter, roll shape androundness, the eddy current flaw detection system used for measuring the roll surface crack, and thetailstockcenter pressure detection system used for measuring the roll grindingclamping pressure. The article mainly introduces theoperatingprincipleof the measuring systemand common failures and solutions in the daily maintenance.
