摘　　要：活塞式隔膜泵是首钢迁钢冷轧酸再生机组的重控设备，承担着将沉淀罐中的硅泥打到压滤机的重要生产任务，是酸再生机组脱硅工艺中的重要一步，必须保障其高可靠性、高投入率工作。对活塞式隔膜泵的工作原理及日常维护要点做了重点分析。为活塞式隔膜泵的稳定运行奠定了理论基础，对其他钢厂的同类机组具有一定的借鉴意义。The piston diaphragm pump is the major control equipment for acid regeneration unit in the cold-rolled factory of Qiangang. It is used to pump the silicon mud from the precipitation tank to the filter press. This process is very important for the desilication process in the acid regeneration unit. The high reliabihty and high utilization rate must been ensured in the operation of the pump. This paper analyzes the working principle of the piston diaphragm pump and the key points for daily maintenance. It has laid the theoretical basis for the stable operation of the piston diaphragm pump. It has certain reference significance for the similar units of other steel mills.
