摘 要:采用胶体晶模板法制备了三维有序大孔材料,采用表面引发原子转移自由基聚合(SI-ATRP)方法在3DOM CLPS孔壁上可控接枝聚丙烯腈(PAN)链段,继而与盐酸羟胺反应对其进行偕胺肟化,从而制备得到一种新型的偕胺肟基螯合树脂,并对其进行了FT-IR、SEM表征.研究了不同的接枝时间对接枝量的影响,随着时间的延长,接枝量不断增大.并研究了偕胺肟基三维有序大孔螯合树脂(3DOM CLPS-g-PAO)对汞离子的吸附性能,当接枝量为51.89%时,3DOM CLPS-g-PAO对汞离子的最佳吸附量达4.95 mmol/g.3DOM structure is prepared from colloidal particle crystal templating. Subsequently, the polyacrylonitrile(PAN) was grafted from the pore wall of 3DOM CLPS by SI-ATRP technique, and the amidoxime groups were introduced into the PAN chains via further reactions with hydroxylamine. The functionalized 3DOM CLPS with chelating properties prepared by above-mentioned methods was characterized with FT-IR and SEM. Furthermore, the effect of reaction time on the grafted amount of 3DOM CLPS-g-PAN is studied, and the grafted amount increases with the SI-ATRP reaction time. Finally, The three-dimensional ordered macroporous chelating resin with amidoxime groups for removal Hg(II)ions in solution is studied. When the grafted amount is 51.89%, the 3DOM CLPS-g-PAO reaches the optimum adsorption capacity to 4.95 mmol/g.
