摘 要:采用表面硅烷膜层技术制得了均匀厚度的硅烷膜层,并在此基础上以微波固化方式获得了碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)-铝构件的胶接接头,其试样的抗拉伸强度平均值为213 MPa,优于采取室温固化方式获得的接头强度平均值206 MPa.采用X射线光电子能谱仪对接头断面成分进行分析,发现微波固化试样断面氧元素的含量明显低于常温固化试样,微波固化促使接头处大量含氧极性基团如羧基、羰基基团反应充分,是接头界面粘结性能提高的重要原因.To obtain uniform thickness silane films, surface silane film technique is used. The joint of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite(CFRP)-aluminum components are prepared by microwave curing based on this surface technique in which the mean tensile strength of joint is 213 MPa, better than the room temperature curing joint of which tensile strength is 206 MPa. By using X ray photoelectron spectroscopy to analyse the component of joint section, it is found that the oxgen content of microwave curing sample setion is significantly lower than the room temperature curing specimens. Microwave curing makes a large amount of oxgen polar groups such as carbonxyl group and carbonyl group fully react and this is an important factor to improve the interface adhesion properties of joints.
