摘  要:为解决矿热炉电极电流难以实时精确测量的问题,介绍了目前的四种电极电流的测量方法,并分析了四种电极电流测量方法的优劣,指出了最新的电极电流测量技术,即在短网末端接近电极处安装罗茨圈测量电流,并将电流转换输送到计算机控制系统,该系统可以测量各种矿热炉的电极电流,从而能有效地控制电炉冶炼中的电极运行,有效避免电极事故,提高生产效率。In order to solve the hard problem of measuring electrode current in real-time accurately for submerged-arc furnace, it introduces four methods of measuring electrode current, which analyzes the advantages and disadvantages. Finally it points out the latest measurement technique of electrode current, namely the roots circle is installed at short-net end close to the electrode to measure current and convert current to the computer control system which can measure all sorts of submerged-arc furnace electrode current, and it effectively controlled that electrode runs in electric furnace in operation. Electrode accident is effectively avoided and the production efficiency is improved.
