摘　　要：在我军建设发展历程中,军队政治工作始终坚持"围绕党和军队中心任务发挥服务保证作用"。这既是政治工作的优良传统,也是其生命线地位作用的必然要求,体现着政治工作的全部意义和价值所在。新形势下,我军建设所处的时代条件和历史方位发生了深刻变化,政治工作应紧紧围绕服务保证强军实践的基本任务,在强军征程中焕发"生命线"新活力。Centered on the Party and army central task, the army political work has always played a role of service and guarantee in the course of construction and development of our army, which is a fine tradition of the political work, a must as a role of the lifeline and an embodiment of its full meaning and value. Under the new situation, our army has undergone some profound changes in terms of the conditions of the times and the historical orientation. Therefore, the army political work should focus on its service to the basic task of strengthening the army and add new vitality to this'lifeline'.
