体育公共服务城乡一体化评价指标体系的构建与应用——以辽宁省为例

摘　　要：在梳理体育公共服务城乡一体化理论内涵的基础上,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法等确定体育公共服务城乡一体化评价指标,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标和方差决策法确定指标权重,进而构建了体育公共服务城乡一体化评价指标体系,包括体育公共服务城乡要素融合、体育公共服务城乡管理融合、体育公共服务城乡发展水平融合3对一级指标和12对二级指标,以此对辽宁省14个地区体育公共服务城乡一体化水平进行评价。结果显示,辽宁省各地区体育公共服务城乡一体化水平差距较大,尤其是经济欠发达地区和农村群落松散地区一体化水平较低。This paper is based on the connotation of the urban-rural integration theory to establish the sports public services of urban and rural integration evaluation indexes through documentation,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation and so on. The research utilizes the analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） to develop the indexes and the variance decision to develop the index weight in order to build the evaluation index system of sports public services of urban and rural integration,including the factors of sports public services of urban and rural integration,sports public service management integration of urban and rural and sports public service at urban and rural development level applying three to one indicator and twelve to one indicator,which are purposed to estimate fourteen areas in Liaoning Province sports public services of urban and rural integration. It leads to the fact that sports public service of urban and rural integration in Liaoning differs greatly from each other,and especially in less-developed-areas and rural communities the level is very low.
