摘　　要：以资源配置理论为主要支撑,对辽宁竞技体育重点项目地域布局发展进行了研究和分析,旨在合理发挥地域资源优势,有效选择最佳的运动项目发展模式,提高竞技体育对社会经济效益的贡献度。通过分析并选定辽宁省17个体育重点项目,对辽东、辽西、辽北、辽南4个地域重点项目的布局及发展进行分析探讨,进而提出4点策略:以夯实"体育名城"工程为切入点,为体育重点项目发展布局奠定空间基础;以提高体育资源效益为突破口,为体育重点项目发展布局奠定动力基础;以经济社会发展水平为依托,创造和实施体育重点项目发展布局的新模式;以社会人口结构特点为拐点,建立体育重点项目发展布局的新机制。According to the resource allocation theory,the authors studied and analyzed key projects and regional distribution of Liaoning competitive sports development. The purpose is to provide reasonable play geographical advantages in resources,choose effectively the best mode of sports project development,and improve the economic benefits of competitive sports to the contribution degree. Through the analysis 17 key projects of Liaoning province sports,we discussed the layout and development of key projects of eastern,western,northern,southern of Liaoning Province,and then put forward four strategies： tamping ＂Sports City＂project and building sports key project development layout as a spatial foundation,improving the sports resource efficiency and creating sports key project development layout as a dynamic foundation,creating and implementing the newmodel of sports key project development layout according to the level of economic and social development and grasping the characteristics of social population structure and establishing a newmechanism for the development layout of the sports key projects.
