家庭教育咨询中求助者与助人者的行为特征和互动方式分析与思考——基于华仁社会工作发展中心的咨询性社会工作

摘　　要：从现代教育学的视角看,家长的"影响力"和家长与孩子之间的"教育关系纽带"是家长在家庭教育中教育效果的决定性因素;从社会教育学视角来看,家庭教育咨询是一种补充和辅助家庭教育的服务领域,其行为的决定性因素是咨询员的"影响力"以及咨询员与家长之间的"咨询关系"、"互动方式和互动过程"。在此理论分析基础上,笔者对成都市锦江区华仁社会工作发展中心的家庭教育咨询案例进行了质性分析和研究,在对家长在家庭教育咨询中行为特点和咨询需求的分析后发现:家长的求助行为呈现出明显的"矛盾性"、"普遍性"、"实用性"、"具体性"、"表象性"、"双重性"、"选择性"、"间接性"。这就要求咨询员既要适当应对这些呈现于外表的特性,又要引导服务对象进入核心领域和真正问题,并探索相应的应对策略和互动方式。对咨询新手在家庭教育咨询中常见行为和常见错误的分析进一步表明:咨询的核心是求助者与助人者的动态互动过程,它决定了咨询的方向和效果。From the perspective of modern pedagogy, the decisive factor of children education in the family is the parent‘s'influence'and the'education relationship ties between children and parents'. From the perspective of social pedagogy, children education counseling is a kind of supplement and auxiliary services to support children education, the decisive factor of counseling behavior in the children education counseling is the counselor‘s'influence', the'counseling relationship, the interaction and interactive process between client and helper'. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the author makes a qualitative analysis and research on the children education counseling cases of Chengdu Hua Ren Social Work Development Center. The analysis of behavioral characteristics and counseling demand of the parents in the children education counseling show that, the parent‘s help- seeking behavior showed obvious'contradiction','universal','practical','specificity','appearance','dualism','selective'and'indirect'features. This requires counselor should properly deal with these features presented in appearance, and lead the service object into core areas and real problem, and think about the corresponding coping strategies and interactive way. The analysis of common behavior and common errors of beginner in the children education counseling show that, the core of counseling is the dynamic interaction between client and helper, it determines the direction and effect of counseling.
