习近平对马克思人的本质学说的新发展——兼论坚持以人民为中心发展的理论基础

摘　　要：人的本质学说是贯穿于马克思主义理论始终的根本思想。人的本质学说包含了人是人的最高本质、人的类本质、人的发展本质、人的共同体本质、人的社会关系总和本质等层次,它内含了人的全面发展的内容和要求。人的全面发展是人的本质的需要,其本质是人的本质的实现。习近平从人的本质学说的思维框架,人的本质的现实性、现代性、文化性,发展和升华了马克思人的本质学说,对人的全面发展提出了新内容和要求,拓展了坚持以人民为中心的发展思想的理论根源。中国特色社会主义事业建设必须坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,把增进人民福祉、促进人的全面发展作为经济发展的出发点和落脚点,把广大人民群众永远置于中国特色社会主义事业实践的主体地位,在中国特色社会主义事业的实践中发展人,实现人的全面发展,让人民群众充分享有发展的利益,切实把人的全面发展贯穿于经济社会发展全过程。The essence of man is the basic idea of the theory of Marx＇s theory. The theory of man＇s essence contains the highest essence of human being, the nature of human being, the essence of man＇s development, the essence of man＇s nature, and the nature of the total social relations. Man＇s all- round development is the need of man＇s nature, man＇s all- round development is the essence of man＇s realization. Xi Jinping, in the thinking of human nature, reality, modernity and cultural development and sublimation of the essence of Marx＇s theory, the comprehensive development of people, puts forward new contents and requirements, and expands the people＇s thinking of the development of the theory of the root cause. The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to the development of the people as the center, to enhance the well-being of people, promote the comprehensive development of people as the starting point and end result, the majority of the people always placed in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the development of people, to achieve the full development of people, and effectively the overall development of the economy and social development throughout the whole process.
