沿海港口城市旅游业可持续发展评价与对策研究——以秦皇岛市为例

摘　　要：文章通过对一个沿海港口城市的生态旅游系统能值指标体系构建和统计分析发现:2012—2014年该城市的生态旅游系统可持续发展指标值依次为3.324、3.493、4.237。即该城市是具有发展潜力的,并且其旅游可持续发展水平与当地的旅游经济收入呈正相关关系。但是,其指标值有逐年增长的趋势,表明该城市对旅游系统内资源的开发利用还远远不够。由此得出的启示是:今后我国沿海港口城市的政府部门在提高当地旅游经济收入的同时,应进一步降低旅游者对当地旅游产品和资源的损耗和破坏,并提高对旅游系统内资源的开发利用效率。The paper found that the sustainable development of the city＇s ecological tourism system is 3.324, 3.493 and 4.237 from 2012 to 2014, based on the analysis of the ecological tourism system of a coastal port city. That is, the city has sustainable development capacity,and its tourism sustainable development level has positive correlation with its tourism income. However, the index value is increasing year by year, which shows that the city＇s development and utilization of resources in tourism system is not enough. The revelation is that the government departments in the coastal port cities in the future should improve the local tourism income and reduce the loss and damage to the local tourism products and resources, and improve the utilization efficiency of the resources in the tourism system.
