摘　　要：自增压高压泵小型淡化机具有能量回收效率高、全自动操作、便于安装、集成化程度高等优点。本文详细介绍了装置的工艺流程和控制系统的设计,其中控制系统硬件部分由集成触摸屏与PLC电控箱组成,软件部分包括人机界面组态软件和PLC编程软件。控制系统可调节关键点位的压力、流量等参数,使整个工艺过程按逻辑顺序进行,并实现装置的自动启停、连锁保护、故障报警及数据记录管理等功能。Small seawater desalination device with self-boosting high pressure pump has many advantages including high recovery efficiency,easy installationand high integrated degree.Design oftechnical process and control system are introduced in detail in this paper.Function of the control system composed of integrated touch screen,PLC and man-machine interface configuration softwareincludes automatic start and stop, chain protection,fault alarm,data record management and so on.
