摘  要:钢筋混凝土冷却塔的风筒属于薄壁结构,在施工过程中需经历混凝土强度及弹性模量逐步增长的过程,因此需对施工过程中风载、自重及施工载荷共同作用下的冷却塔稳定性进行研究,以控制施工进度,保证施工期冷却塔的安全。本文利用混凝土龄期与强度关系研究成果,结合冷却塔风筒的常规施工工艺,对某实例钢筋混凝土冷却塔风筒在施工期的整体稳定性进行了计算,结果表明:该冷却塔能满足施工期稳定性要求,并可为类似工程的施工设计提供参考。Reinforced concrete cooling tower belongs to the thin-walled structure, concrete strength and elastic modulus can be enlarged step by step in the construction process, so it's needed to research on global stability caused by wind load, self-weight and live load to control the construction progress and ensure the safety of the cool- ing tower during the construction. Associating with the construction methods for the shell, using the research find- ings for the age strength relation of concrete, computation for the global stability in the construction period has been finished. According to the outcome, it can be concluded that the global stability in the construction period can satisfy with the requirement, and that computation process and outcome can provide a good reference.
