摘 要:本文采用有限元方法分析了在弹性地基中钢顶管的轴向稳定性问题,讨论了钢顶管轴线偏差和地基弹性系数对钢顶管轴向弹塑性稳定极限值的影响。研究表明:钢顶管的弹塑性稳定极限值小于按弹性理论计算的弹性屈曲特征值;弹塑性稳定极限值随着轴线偏差的增大而减小,随地基弹性系数的减小而减小。同时,提出在钢顶管施工中要严格进行轴线控制,避免出现较大的轴线偏差。The axial stability of steel jacking pipe on an elastic foundation was studied in the paper with finite element method ( FEM). The influences of axial deviation and the elastic foundation stiffness of the foundation on the stability were analyzed. The research results showed that the elastic-plastic ultimate force of steel pipe was less than the buckling characteristic value. It also showed that the elastic-plastic ultimate force of steel pipe decreased with the increasing of axial deviation and the decreasing of elastic foundation stiffness. The axis should be strictly controlled when the steel pipe was jacked to avoid the axial deviation out of range.
