运用综合教学方法提高心脏外科学教学质量初探

摘　　要：目的:探究解决目前医学领域的研究生导师所面临的提高临床型研究生教学的教学质量问题。方法:本文总结报告了自己多年在研究生教学工作中的实践经验,结合心脏外科的特点,在心脏外科教学过程中将常见的启发式教学、直观式教学、多媒体教学和案例综合教学方法结合起来,与以往传统单一的教学模式相比较,结合学生的反馈效果进行综合评价。结果:综合模式能有效地激发学生的学习积极参加性,提高教学效果,培养学生的观察、分析、解决问题的能力和临床工作能力。Objective： Inquiry to solve the problems of improving the teaching quality of clinical postgraduate students in the current medical field. Methods： This article summarized my practice experience in the teaching work of students for many years,combined with the characteristics of cardiac surgery,combined with the teaching of heuristic teaching,visual teaching,multimedia teaching and case teaching. Results： the comprehensive model can effectively stimulate students ＇ learning enthusiasm,improve teaching effect,cultivate students＇ ability of observation,analysis,problem- solving and clinical work.
