中药复方治疗糖尿病大血管病变用药规律系统综述

摘　　要：[背景]中药复方防治糖尿病大血管病变疗效确切。[目的]评价中药复方用药规律。[检索策略]主题词与自由词相结合检索CNKI、VIP等数据库,检索时间:建库至2015年1月。同时追溯纳入文献参考文献。[纳入标准]1研究类型:随机对照试验(RCT)或半随机对照试验(CCT),无论是否采用盲法。文种限中文。2研究对象:纳入患者种族、国籍、病程不限;符合糖尿病大血管病变诊断标准;有完整方药组成;临床病例≥30例,总有效率≥70%。排除其他疾病、证候或合并症。3干预措施:中药复方治疗。[数据收集与分析]根据纳入标准,比较同质性文献,独立筛选文献。采用资料提取表,提取内容:单味中药药物名称、药味、药性等。[主要结果]初检423篇中文文献,阅读文献题名、摘要及全文,根据纳入和排除标准排除245篇,最后共纳入178篇,均为中文文献,收集中药复方50首。涉及中药106种,共用药398次,纳入使用>1%药物42味。[结论]中性甘温补气药、甘寒滋阴清热药及辛温活血化瘀药用药比率及频率较高。多采用益气养阴,活血清热,同时辅以利湿泄浊等药。[问题与展望]文献纳入量少;还需大量高质量样本随机对照试验以支持。。[Background]The curative effect is Chinese traditional medicine compound prevention and cure of diabetes vascular lesions.[Objeetive]To evaluate TCM compound drug laws.[Retrieval tactics]Subject combined with a free word searching CNKI,VIP,such as database,retrieval time： build library until January 2015.At the same time back into the literature references.[Into standard]（1）study type： a randomized controlled trial（RCT）or half randomized controlled trials（CCTS）,whether or not the blind method is adopted.Chinese practice.（2）the object of study： race,nationality,course of patients with unlimited;Diabetic vascular lesions diagnostic standard;A complete of the formulas;Clinical cases acuity 30 cases,total effective rate 70% or higher.Rule out other disease,syndrome,or complications.（3）interventions： traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment.[Data collection and analysis] the researchers according to the inclusion criteria to compare homogeneity documents,independent screening of literature.Content：extracted with the use of data extraction table,single Chinese medicine drug name,ingredients and medicinal properties.[Results major]At the beginning of 423,Chinese literature,title,abstract and full text reading literature,according to include and exclude standard out of 245,the last in 178,are in Chinese literature,collection of traditional Chinese medicine compound 50 first.Drug involved 106 kinds of Chinese medicine,a total of 398 times,into use〉 1% drug of 42.[Conclusion]The neutral flavor GanWen mend angry medicine,gump cold heat of ziyin medicine and XinWen medicinal drugs for activating blood circulation rate and higher frequency.With qi and nourishing Yin,activating blood heat is given priority to,supplemented by lishi drain turbidity and other medicine.[Problem and prospect]Literature into less;Need a large number of randomized controlled trials to support high quality sample.
