益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：【目的]观察益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将72例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组36例消心痛10mg／次，3次／d；拜阿司匹灵100mg／次．1次／d；硝酸甘油片0．3～0．6mg，心绞痛发作时含服。治疗组36例益气活血通络汤（徐长卿30g，水蛭、全蝎、人参、三七、丹参各15g，黄芪30g，冰片3g），统一煎煮分装150mL／袋，1袋／次，早中晚温服；西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、心绞痛发作频率、血液生化指标（血、尿、便常规及肝、肾功能）、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]两组心绞痛疗效，治疗组显效14例，有效18例，无效4例，总有效率88．89％。对照组显效8例，有效12例，无效16例，总有效率55．56％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组心电图疗效，治疗组显效13例，有效17例，无效6例，加重0例，总有效率83．33％。对照组显效9例，有效2例，无效15例，加重0例，总有效率58．33％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（尸〈0．05）。两组临床疗效，治疗组显效12例，有效16例，无效8例，加重0例，总有效率77．78％。对照组显效10例，有效12例，无效14例，加重0例，总有效率61．11％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论】益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛，疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。[Objective]to observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of coronary artery disease with stable angina pectoris with the combination of the Qi and blood circulation and dredging collaterals decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.[Methods]72 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group of 36 cases of isosorbide dinitrate 10mg/time,3 times daily;Bayaspirin 100mg/times,1 times/d;nitroglycerin tablets 0.3-0.6 mg,angina attack sublingual.The treatment group of 36 cases of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction （Radix Cynanchi panieulati 30g,leech,scorpion,Panax ginseng,Panax notoginseng,Salvia miltiorrhiza each 15g,Radix Astragali 30g,borneol 3g）,unified decocting packing bag of 150mL/,1 bag/time,early in the evening to take lukewarm;western medicine treatment with the control group. 14d is a continuous treatment for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram （ecg）,frequency of angina pectoris attack,blood biochemical indicators （blood,urine,and conventional and liver,renal function）,adverse reactions.Treatment of 1 courses,determine the efficacy.[Result]Two groups of angina pectoris curative effect,the treatment group effective 14 cases,effective 18 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total effective rate was 88.89%.In the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,effective in 12 cases,invalid in 16 cases,the total effective rate was 55.56%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Two groups of ECG curative effect,the treatment group was markedly effective in 13 cases,effective in 17 cases,invalid in 6 cases,increased in 0 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%.In the control group,9 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective,0 cases increased,the total effective rate was 58.33%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The clin
