柴胡疏肝散治疗焦虑症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散治疗焦虑症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组40例丁螺环酮,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组40例柴胡疏肝散(柴胡12g,白芍、枳壳、香附、川芎、郁金各10g,甘草~炙6g;痰湿明显加陈皮、半夏、茯苓、竹茹各10g;气郁化火加栀子、黄芩各10g;嗳气频频,食滞腹胀重加莱菔子、神曲、山楂各10g;忧郁伤神失眠重加茯神、远志各10g,琥珀^(冲服)3g)。1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚温服。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、HAMA评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效18例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈7例,显效13例,有效9例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMA评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散治疗焦虑症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]to observe the modified CHSGS curative effect in the treatment of anxiety.[Method]using random parallel control method,80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups： simple random number.The control group of 40 cases of buspirone,10mg/ times,3 times /d.Treatment group of 40 cases of modified Chaihu Shugan powder（Chaihu 12 g,white peony root,Fructus aurantii,Rhizoma Cyperi,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Curcumae each 10 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 6G;phlegm add significantly to the tangerine peel,pinellia,Poria,bamboo shavings each 10g;Qi fire gardenia,Huang Qinge 10g;frequent belching,indigestion,abdominal distension and semen Raphani,medicated leaven,hawthorn each 10g;La Tortura Depression Insomnia with Poria,Polygala each 10 g,amber blunt 3G）.1 agent /d,Decoction 400 m L,sooner or later.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,HAMA score,adverse reaction scale.Treatment of 1 courses of treatment,determine efficacy.[Results]the treatment group 15 cases were cured,18 cases markedly effective,5 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 95%.The control group 7 cases were cured,13 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,11 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 72.50%.The treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.The HAMA scores of the two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]modified CHSGS treatment of anxiety disorders,the curative effect is satisfied,no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
