四逆散加减治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察四逆散加减治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组32例吗叮啉,10mg/次,3次/d,口服;硫糖铝,1g/次,3次/d,口服;西咪替丁,0.2g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组32例四逆散加减,柴胡、枳实各10g,白芍15g,甘草炙5g。腹胀腹痛加神曲15g,青皮6g,延胡索12g;腹泻加广木香10g,山药20g;恶心加砂仁10g,香附15g;便秘加大黄10g;头痛加川芎、延胡索各10g;失眠加夜交藤30g;1剂/d,水煎250m L,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测腹痛、腹胀、早饱、嗳气、烧心、恶心、头痛、便秘不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈9例,显效15例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率93.8%。对照组临床痊愈4例,显效10例,有效11例,无效7例,总有效率78.1%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]四逆散加减治疗慢性胃炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]Clinical efficacy obout chronic gastritis treated by Sini.[Method]Useing randomized parallel-group method,divided the 64 cases of outpatient treatments＇ orders into two groups randomly.The control group of 32 patients need to oral Domperidone,10mg/times,3 times/d;Sucralfate,1g/times,3 times/d;Cimetidine,0.2g/time,3 times/d.Treatment group of 32 patients treated by Sini powder,Bupleurum,Citrus aurantium the 10 g,White peony root 15 g,Licorice 5g.Bloating,abdominal pain plus Divine Comedy 15 g,peel 6g,Corydalis 12g;Diarrhea plus wide woody 10 g,Chinese yam 20g;Nausea plus Amomum 10 g,Cyperus 15g;Constipation increased yellow 10g;headache plus Chuanxiong,fumaric 10g;Insomnia plus Caulis 30g;1/d,decoction 250 m L,morning and evening services.Continuous treatment for seven days is a course.Observe the side effects of abdominal pain,bloating,early sa tiety,belching,heartburn,nausea,headache,constipation.Determine the efficacy after 3 courses.[Result]In the group of treatment,nine patients are clinical cure,fifteen aresignificant effect,six are effective,two are invalid,the total effective rate is 93.8%.The group of control,four patients are clinical cure,ten aresignificant effect,eleven are effective,seven are invalid,the total effective rate is 78.1%.Treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The efficacy of chronic gastritis treated by Sini s satisfied and there is not serious adverse reactions.It＇s worth to spread.
