三合汤治疗上消化道溃疡随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察三合汤治疗上消化道溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组43例奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;瑞巴派特,0.1g/次,3次/d。治疗组43例三合汤(丹参25g,香附制8g,乌药10g,砂仁5g,高良姜10g,檀香6g;泛恶吐水、胸脘发闷加半夏10g,陈皮12g,木香8g,茯苓10g;遇寒病重加砂仁6g,减丹参为20g;两肋胀痛加香附10g,白芍9g,柴胡8g,厚朴10g,川楝子炒10g;胃脘刺痛加五灵脂、蒲黄各10g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次。连续治疗42d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面积、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效10例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率97.67%。对照组痊愈15例,显效9例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率79.07%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]三合汤治疗上消化道溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the triple decoction upper gastrointestinal ulcer.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,86 inpatients and outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.Omeprazole 43 cases in the control group,20mg/times,2 times/d;Rebamipide,0.1g/time,3 times/d.Treated 43 cases triple soup（Danshen 25 g,Xiangfu 8g,Wuyao 10 g,Sharen 5g,Gaolaingjiang 10 g,Tanxiang 6g;Pan evil spit water,chest abdominal nausea plus Banxia 10 g,Chenpi12g,Muxiang 8g,Fuling 10g;Yuhan ill plus Sharen 6g,Danshen reduced to 20g;costal pain plus Xiangfu 10 g,Baishao 9g,Chaihu 8g,Houpu 10 g,Chuanjizi fry 10g;epigastric tingling plus Wulingzhi,Puhuang 10g）,1/d,decoction 400 m Lsooner or later,oral,200 m L, /times.42 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,ulcer area,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 26 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 97.67%.The control group recovered 15 cases,effective in 9 cases,10 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 79.07%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Sanhe decoction on gastrointestinal ulcers results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
